ik heb onlangs een Clio 5 gekocht van duitse origine. Nu zou ik de kaartupdates willen uitvoeren maar het "Favoriete" land is duitsland.
Is dit te wijzigen?

Ook staat alle auto-info in de "My Renault"app in het duits.

Nog even terugkomend op het begin van dit topic, mijn auto had als favoriet Frankrijk (import uit Frankrijk).
Nu kreeg ik gisteren (4 weken na aanschaf) tijdens het rijden ineens een melding of ik het favoriete land wou aanpassen van Frankrijk naar Nederland.

Kon kiezen uit Installeren/Later/Nee. Uiteraard gekozen voor installeren en inderdaad staat nu Nederland bovenaan gemarkeerd als favoriet in de landenlijst van de kaarten.

Net ook nog even de in de Mijn Renault app gekeken, maar daar blijft de auto-informatie wel grotendeels in het Frans.

Ik heb er op het gedeelte Renault App al een keer iets over gepost
Had contact gehad met Renault Nederland en alles wat je in een andere taal staat is niet naar het Nederland te krijgen.
Dat ( kan ) volgens hun niet,het lijkt mij stug ik denk dat deze het niet willen maar goed.
Mijn auto komt uit Polen en ik heb het zelfde

I was doing some research on Google and came across this post on this forum and apparently I'm not the only one suffering from the problem of updates.

In this case, I am the opposite of you, as I am from Portugal and purchased a 2020 Renault Captur imported from the Netherlands.

The problem now is that I can't update the cartography using the "alliance connect toolbox" program, it gives me the following error "your map subscription is expired. Please renew it to get the new maps".

So, I have already purchased the cartography update, here in Portugal it cost €79.

I have already received the email with the order number and where it says that we are pleased to inform you of the activation of the service.

Even so, when I enter the alliance toolbox the error message described above always appears.

It is also worth mentioning that in the vehicle the default map appears as Netherlands and I cannot change it to Portugal.

I also don't know how to update the easylink system, could anyone help me?

What happens when you stick a usb-stick in the car and afterwards connect it on your pc in the Alliance Toolbox ?
My subscripyion was also ended when I bought my car and I guess in your car the internet connection is still working ?
I think I received by air the 'signal' for new subscription after the pyrchase at the Renalt-dealer

But on the other hamd, what do you have ordered (only) ?
Because in the Netherlands we have to go to the Renault-dealer for getting new subscription.

Ik moest onlangs Easylink (voor een andere reden) resetten naar fabrieksinstellingen en kreeg daarna ook de vraag of ik NL in wilde stellen als favoriete land voor de navi.
Mogelijk kun je op die manier ook een ander land kiezen?

De software 784R is aan het uploaden. Ongeveer 2uur
Iedereen die geïnteresseerd is kan zijn e mail adres sturen naar mij.
De bestanden dienen allemaal op een usb stick gezet te worden ( geformatteerd naar fat 32)
Enkel de bestanden dus geen mappen
Plaats in de auto en wacht , druk op ja instaleren, wacht tot klaar en neem de usb er pas uit tot het multimedia systeem zegt "sofware bijgewerkt "
