Laguna 2 2007 cabasse: no audio and the cd changer is dead with ignition on

hello. I'm writing from portugal because I also have a problem with a Renault Laguna 2 2007 cabasse problem. I have no audio and the cd changer is dead with ignition on. with ignition of I can eject and load cd's but still no sound. does anyone know what is the problem usually?

Did you check all fuses? One for the radio/navigation in the usual fuse-compartment and one 20A fuse behind/under the ashtray.
